ATX CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASS

Are you new to this whole pregnancy and labor thing? Have you done this before but are wanting to equip yourself with more knowledge and techniques? Do you want a training from a certified educator & real world lamaze certified birth doula? Then look no further!

ATX Childbirth Education Class is a 8- hour, in person class with a 1 hr break for lunch. It is a class hosted by a real world doula with the goal of educating and empowering every pregnant person no matter where or how you choose to birth.

This class covers:

Anatomy & Physiology of labor
Stages of labor
Comfort techniques
Medical interventions & pain management
Induction
Cesareans
Lactation
Postpartum and recovery
First weeks of infancy

Join an award-nominated class designed to leave you feeling confident, informed, and ready for labor and early parenthood.

This is not your "sit and stare at slides all day" kind of class - you'll be up and moving, interacting with games to learn the content, laughing and making friends!

We recommend taking a childbirth class 8 - 10 weeks before your due date (but you'll benefit in taking the class closer to your due date as well).
