BABY TALK! POSTPARTUM GROUP

Are you new to this whole parenting thing? Do you have kids but feel like you could use some pointers? Do you want to build community and find friends that are in the same chaotic postpartum period that you are in?

 

Join us from the comfort of your home for this four week postpartum group. Both parents are invited to a  virtual meetup to discuss and learn about baby norms and life after becoming parents. Build community with others and ask anything as we hold space for the beautiful chaos of postpartum. 

 

Topics you can expect to be covered are expectations around feeding baby, baby's sleep, baby wearing, comforting baby, infant care tips, and navigating the transition into parenthood.

Sessions are held on Fridays from 10 - 11 am.

We accept HSA and FSA and are able to supply you with everything you need to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
