Terms of Service

Training Program: Participant agrees to enroll in the Ignite Doula Academy ("Training Program") for the purpose of learning about doula practices, childbirth education, and related topics.

Liability Release: Participant understands and acknowledges that the Training Program is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Participant agrees that ATX Doulas, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any actions taken by Participant based on information provided during the Training Program.

Photo and Video Release: Participant grants ATX Doulas permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media featuring Participant taken during the Training Program for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, both online and offline.

Confidentiality: Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or materials shared during the Training Program and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent from the ATX Doulas. This course is intended for personal use only by the individual who purchased it. Participant may not copy, share, distribute, or make any portion of this course available to others. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Enrollment in this doula training program is non-refundable. Due to the nature of the course—whether live, recorded, digital, or including access to proprietary materials—all sales are final. Once Participant has registered and secured their spot, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or changes in availability.
