50% is non-refundable. Appointments and classes can be rescheduled at no extra cost

BIRTH PLANS & POST-BIRTHS are non-refundable or transferable to other services

Classes and appointments not used within 30 days of birth will be forfeited and not eligible for a refund/trasnsfer
